Made Men 1999

Made Men
1999
Jim Belushi
Timothy Dalton(What!? You thought he was done acting?! he is.)
***& 1/2 of five, from a very tired mass of grey matter

Okay, first things first. While I was picking out
this movie to borrow, I didn't look at the front,
I just (accidentally) assumed it was 'Made' with
Jon Favereau and Vince Vaughn. I guess that will
teach me. It was a desicion between this and
'The Mod Squad' (which I've heard isn't very
good and that has just made me want to see it
and judge it for myself-plus I like Clare Danes.).
When I first realized my mistake I was very
dissapointed, (wished I had taken T.M.S.) especially
once I saw the front which said, "Think bad. Get
bad." How can that be good? But then, as soon
as we popped it in, and I realized it was Jim
Belushi(who I think is SO funny) in it, my mind
was changed. He cracks me up in "Return to Me"
and also on his tv show "According to Jim".
He can talk a steady stream nearly as good as
Mr.Vaughn. And maaaan, his one liners are good!
But-- it is a very predictable plot line and then
they try to give it all these twists, but they've
all been done before. Although even despite
that and the bad stereotypical englishman they
throw in (who I know, I know is meant to be
crazy and funny but who is just REALLY annoy-
ing) the action isn't too bad and the jokes are
good. So after all, I would consider it, at the
least, an entertaining night of movie watching.

Recommended to: girls who have to watch an
actiony movie with guys who only likes actiony
movies. It's actiony enough for them, but funny
enough not to be boring-actiony. Have I said
actiony enough yet this paragraph?

Oh, and I saw P&P again, it is wonderful and
I love the cheap seats...
